Murder Mystery Party - New Year's Eve
Jacob: Dressed as chef, but originally came dressed as the pot washer but was then assigned to be the dead man who was murdered.
Me: Katie Pitman, the chef's secretary.
WHO KILLED HIM? Muhahaha. Katie Pitman, the secretary...ME!
New Year's Day with the relatives The MIN's (+ offsprings:P)...we are a little dysfunctional when we get together, wouldn't you say? Koeun and Bryce
Jason is teaching Caleb how to use a cell phone so he can be smooth with the ladies.

The Min's: Grace, Esther, and David

Other celebrations: Sarah loves her Jewish heritage! Oh Chanukah oh Chanukah come light the menorah! Then we walked over to celebrate Christmas! Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree of all the trees so lovely! WOAH! Did you notice the words to the songs? Perhaps the same person wrote both those songs? Ho ho ho...mozel tov!
Mina invited me to the Shedd Aquarium holiday party. If you go there, check out the turtle in the big tank...his butt lifts up so he has to keep going under plants.

I got to see the fire-breathing komodo dragon again!
PV get together in Chicaaago at Tapas Barcelona. Yummy food, endless bread, rosy cheeks, and the fire alarm dance.

| Well I will post this since I told Diane I would
So Diane and Jason (my cousins...or actually cousin's kids) were over at my house Sunday. Diane and I were talking and Jason was minding his own business playing with my wooden toy I made.
(Jason recently turned 4.)
Intrigued by my cool toy, he asks me where I got it. I told him I made it at school. And he's like, "School? Why do you make this at school?......Do you have lots of Koreans at school?"
Well of course, he was listening to his sister talk earlier about Koreans, but it was completely irrelevant.
I asked him later if he was Korean and he said no. I'm glad he doesn't really know what he's talking about.
*****************
He also likes to say things are "serious". Like the shirt that has sleeves that are too hard to roll up when he's washing his hands....he said his sleeves are serious.

Diane and Justine, beware be aware (haha you like that?) of what you say in front of him. He's imitating you guys.

| I remember being in Disneyworld...
We had one day to explore all of Disneyworld and the one thing I remember really wanting to do was to take pictures with the big bugs from "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" like this happy girl.

Unfortunately, we ran out of time and I couldn't go. I was extremely upset. The closest thing my mom thought would make me happy was taking a picture with the Ninja Turtles. (I didn't even like the Ninja Turtles.)

I didn't think I would be going to Disneyworld again until I had a kid of my own who badly wanted to go after hearing from his or her friends about this magical paradise.
BUT, I have to go there for a conference and to take my Child Life certification exam in June.
It's not the kind of place you would have fun going to alone. Anyone wanna go with me?
